1. About Expo

Expo (“Slow Social”) is a daily photo sharing service operated by Pike House (“we,” “us,” “our”). Creators upload photos to a queue, and subscribers receive one photo per day via SMS/MMS text message.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Expo. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

Creator accounts are created via email magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each user may create one channel.

4. SMS/MMS Messaging

By subscribing to a channel via text message, you consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Expo containing photos and related content from that channel.

  • Frequency: Up to 1 message per day per channel subscription.
  • Opt-out: Text unsubscribe @channelname to unsubscribe from a specific channel, or text STOP to unsubscribe from all channels.
  • Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Carriers: Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Service may not be available on all carriers.
  • Help: Text HELP for assistance or contact us at the email below.

5. Content

Creators are solely responsible for the photos and content they upload. You retain ownership of your content but grant Expo a license to distribute it to your subscribers via SMS/MMS. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer

Expo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or message delivery. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
